If you are an existing customer and need a price list, please give us a call with your request. Otherwise, everything you need to place an order is available for download below. Please complete the order form and fax or mail it to us. You may also call and place your order between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday.
To inquire about carrying our products please give us a call between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Prior to placing your initial order, please download and print the dealer application. Mail or fax your completed application along with a copy of your sales tax exemption form to Wild Whimsy LLC.
All of our forms are available for you to view and print below. Wholesale pricing will be forwarded to you once we receive and verify your application and tax exempt form.
